Being the biggest country in the world, we are not stunned that there are hidden places that we may have never heard of before. One of the more popular cities is Norilsk, a city located above the Arctic Circle in Siberia. Known to be the world’s greatest producer of palladium, nickel, platinum, and copper, as well as for its poor pollution. Due to the sufficient resources, it is restricted to non-residents.
