It’s not a secret that news anchors read off a teleprompter, so whoever is in charge of what’s written has to be responsible enough for the job. If they aren’t, the anchors might end up reading something embarrassing or inappropriate. In this instance, things went differently than expected. A news anchor in Huntsville, Alabama, was tricked into announcing her own marriage proposal. How? Well, she was under the impression that she received breaking news, and read the proposal off the teleprompter. Thankfully for her partner, she said yes. Later on in the program, the weatherman reported there would be a “100% chance of some tears of joy tonight.”

A Fox59 Meteorologist, Jennifer Ketchmark, was giving a weather report as per usual when the producers switched to a tower camera overlooking Indianapolis. Just then, a hornet attacked the camera lens, which resulted in Ketchmark screaming and running out of the frame.
