After creating a natural springs waterfront space, Richard already knew the exact location where he wanted the new cabin. For him, there was no better place to set it up than the area by the pond. He was then ready to start the reconstruction process. He was equipped with his labels and plans, so he knew what needed to be done. This was only the beginning of creating his property from scratch.
