Several months later, McKenna received a letter she’s been expecting from The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. “Dear Sister Pilling: You are hereby called to serve as a missionary of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. You are assigned to labor in the Nevada Las Vegas West Mission!!!”

McKenna couldn’t contain her excitement. She wrote as a caption for her post, “I’ll report to the Provo MTC on January 11th, English speaking! I couldn’t be more excited and can’t wait to serve the people of Las Vegas!”
