Of course everyone loves her and wants her autograph but the rules of the crown clearly dictate she cannot sign autographs. She is only permitted to sign official papers that Queen Elizabeth authorized. What is the reason behind this policy? Well, the Royal Family wants to prevent anyone from forging documents.
