Gymboree Group Inc., a manufacturer of children’s clothes, filed for bankruptcy protection under Chapter 11 in the middle of January. They also announced the closing of approximately 800 Crazy 8 and Gymboree stores across Canada and the U.S. Since then, it has stopped accepting any online transactions, but the stores are still in liquidation.
