Always Early, Never Late
Some people enjoy arriving “fashionably late” to make a grand entrance of sorts. As you might have figured, these people are certainly not soldier material. In the military, it is important not to waste anyone’s time. Soldiers normally arrive at least 15 minutes early, as a matter of fact.
No Explanations
Most people relay information about a certain event or development by giving explanations. Soldiers, on the other hand, deliver briefings. It is rather unseemly for them to ramble on about an important topic with too much emotion and information at their disposal. They prefer to stick to the important stuff and avoid going off-topic.
