MTAC, or Multiple Threat Assessment Center. Before this, the center was known as the Antiterrorist Alert Center (ATAC), however back in 2002 that changed in response to its new role after suffering two terror attacks. This does include the bombing of USS Cole in Yemen and the September 11, 2001 attacks.
