The cabinets and floor fitted in the same material creates a calming cohesiveness throughout the space. A cool green tile backsplash and top-of-the-line appliances finish off the space.

Brown Italian tiles are used in the shower niche, as well as on the top surround of the tub. Dark brushed fixtures contrast against the white tiles. The vanity is the same as in the subway tile bathroom, although this one is a bit larger. A tiled Moroccan style mirror sits above the custom vanity. Now, this is a place I’d never leave. The exterior dining area includes a grand wood-burning fireplace with stone bench for extra seating. Far East-inspired couches and footrest are beautifully detailed, the color picking up in the roof overhang. From the vines growing over the wall and up the home, to the perfect grass and mature trees, to the pebble and tree combo, it truly looks like a magical garden. The entire driveway is paved in brick, a winding stretch of pavers to the beautiful Villa. Box-woods and palm trees line the pavement, creating a picturesque entry to the home. You could fit 10 BMW’s in this long expanse, scratch that, more like 30.

Mature greens surround the property, ensuring a completely private and serene escape. Although mostly greens, there are pops of lilac, a pretty flower growing tall around the property. Four fireplaces exist in the home, their chimneys evident from this bird’s eye view.
