Patrick St. Esprit
Although you might have forgotten Patrick St. Esprit as Colonel Bootney on JAG, he has worked on many productions since then. He’s best known for his role as Elliot Oswald in the crime drama Sons of Anarchy and as Romulus Thread in the film The Hunger Games: Catching Fire. You can also see him in HBO’s Ballers and in the movie The Fate of the Furious. He also had a notable role in Narcos as Major Lou Wysession.

You probably don’t miss Bill Cobbs too much since he appeared in various movies and TV shows after playing Chaplain Matthew Turner in JAG. He also starred in the long-running sitcom The Drew Carey Show as Tony. If you were able to watch the family movie Night at the Museum, you probably saw him with Ben Stiller since he played the character called Reginald. He also played Vernon Wyatt in Fly alongside Tatyana Ali.
