There is nothing wrong with catching up with the news in a gazebo. It might be a homeless guy, but he wanted to see what was going on in the world. It would be funny if he was reading about Google street view!

Was he about to get out only to get stuck? We do not know, but we are sure that he went there of his own free will. Perhaps he was filming a skit with his pals. Maybe he wanted to send his ex a sad video to ask her to give him another shot. Both things are possible, but he looks quite peaceful as he sleeps with the sun beaming down on him.
