More and more, the rise of female directors and producers in Hollywood is becoming the norm and it’s about time. Certain strong female celebrities have created their own production agencies, such as Reese Witherspoon, which are geared to serve only women in film and television. A lot of female celebrities are speaking up and are making huge strides to change the way things run behind the scenes. And guys, it’s about time this happened.
