Before he starred on The Big Bang Theory as Dr. Eric Gablehauser, Mark Harelik was already a sitcom veteran. He had appearances on shows like Boy Meets World, Seinfeld and Will and Grace. He is married to actress Spencer Krayden and the couple have appeared on stage together, acting in a number of theater shows. Spencer is best known for being part of the Broadway production Urinetown. She also had a role on the TV series MADtv. The couple have a child together.
