The couple, who were on food stamps, was loading $800 worth of groceries into the trunk of their brand new Hyundai Genesis in the parking lot. According to Patrick, this car is $15,000 to $20,000 more expensive than his family’s car. The big question was how the couple was able to afford a car while on benefits.
