Makeshift Wedding
Yes, we know they didn’t (and probably won’t) have a wedding, but this star ceremony was a sort of substitute. Tons of A-list celebs came to celebrate the golden couple, such as Reese Witherspoon, Quentin Tarantino, and of course daughter Kate Hudson. Everyone wanted to celebrate Goldie and Kurt!

And not only did Kate show up for her parents – she gave a killer speech to honor them. She even compared the occasion to giving an emotional speech at a wedding, saying “I always thought I’d be talking about them at like a wedding or something. But since a wedding doesn’t seem to be in our near future, ever, this may be my only opportunity.” Kate spoke extremely highly of her mother (of course), and emphasized how talented, hardworking, and loving she is.
